A brief look at the London Film Productions' studios at Denham.
Shots of Denham village and surrounding countryside. Men at work building a new stage for

Employees walking to the studios and queuing to clock in. Cars in the car park. Extras
(282). Work in the wardrobe department. Make-up artists at work. Workshops showing the
making of models, carpenters and plasterers at work. Pan of the outside lot. A variety of
buildings for film sets are visible including a galleon. Production units at work on the lot
in the production of South Riding and the Four Feathers. Extras are given a packed lunch on
the set. Permenant staff eat in one of the canteens. The generator room. Finishing touches
