Paul, a Production Sound Mixer and Portable Single Camera (PSC) Sound Recordist has been in the Film and TV industry for over 10 years. He has experience across a range of genres, including feature film, dramatised documentary and TV Drama shows for the BBC, Netflix, Channel 4, Dave TV, Hallmark and many more.

Paul has travelled across the globe to work in a range of challenging environments, from the freezing mountains of Iceland to the hot humidity of the jungles of the Caribbean. He is an excellent problem solver with astute technical knowledge and communication skills, adapting to his working environment to ensure he delivers professional quality sound recording for the client.
Paul enjoys building relationships with his crew and team mates as part his delivery of the final product, providing peace of mind for his client that all of their sound recording requirements have been met.
Paul has a range of technical sound recording equipment, from a 16 channel two way communication drama cart for the big complicated shows, to simple run and gun PSC bag for fast-paced work. Paul also has his own custom built flight case containing his 16 channel drama cart in a more compact version for overseas projects.

If a team needs to be assembled, Paul can arrange a team to suit any production needs after working with many Boom Ops and assistants over the years.
Paul is comfortable with any challenges mentally and physically to make a valued member of any team, regardless of whether this is in a studio or on the road. His problem solving, communication and team leadership skills are just as sharp and diverse as his technical abilities, which would make him an asset to any production.
