AMPS member chosen for SIF trainee scheme.

David, a student member and recent graduate from Bournemouth, recently passed all the interview stages to be awarded with a place as the Production Sound Trainee on the SIF scheme. He can look forward to placements on major feature films and TV dramas in the coming year. The great advantage of this present scheme, against previous industry undertakings, is that the traineeship is supernumerary ~ and so David will be able to properly observe and learn all aspects of production sound without any distractions or expectation to 'make up numbers' on the crew.
